Aug 6 (Reuters) - The following bids, mergers,

acquisitions and disposals were reported by 0930 GMT on Tuesday:

** Japan's largest city gas provider Tokyo Gas ( TKGSF ) said

it will buy a 21.2% stake in the WindFloat Atlantic operational

floating offshore wind power project in Portugal to gain

experience in operation and maintenance.

** Macquarie will buy a data centre in South Korea

for 734 billion won ($537 million) as the artificial

intelligence boom drives demand for cloud computing and data

warehouses in the country.

** L'Oreal will acquire a 10% stake in Swiss skin

care firm Galderma from a group of major shareholders,

the two companies said on Monday, as the French firm seeks a cut

of the profits from the booming injectable cosmetics market.
