Aug 16 (Reuters) - The following bids, mergers,

acquisitions and disposals were reported by 0930 GMT on Friday:

** Swedish investment firm EQT AB will acquire

PropertyGuru ( PGRU ) in an all-cash deal, valuing the

Singapore-based online real estate platform at $1.1 billion, the

companies said.

** Deutsche Bank has proposed a settlement to

shareholders who sued Germany's largest bank for underpaying

them for the acquisition of Postbank but the offer is too low, a

lawyer for the plaintiffs said.

** New Zealand-based freight forwarder Mondiale VGL has

started a sale process of itself, eyeing a valuation of more

than NZ$1 billion ($602 million), two people with knowledge of

the matter said.

** Sweden's EQT said it has agreed to acquire

KJ Environment and affiliated companies from Seoul-based

investment firm Genesis Private Equity to establish a waste

treatment platform in South Korea.

** Supermarket chain Kroger ( KR ) plans to lower grocery

prices by $1 billion after the completion of its proposed $25

billion merger with smaller rival Albertsons ( ACI ), a company

spokesperson said on Thursday.

** Seagram heir and media industry executive Edgar Bronfman

Jr. is preparing an offer for National Amusements, the family

company that controls Paramount Global ( PARAA ), a source

familiar with the matter said.
