Aug 27 (Reuters) - The following bids, mergers,
acquisitions and disposals were reported by 0930 GMT on Tuesday:
** Zee Entertainment Enterprises along with Sony's ( SONY )
local unit and Bangla Entertainment have mutually
agreed to withdraw all claims against each other, the Indian
media giant said.
** Britain's Harbour Energy ( PMOIF ) said it expects to
complete the acquisition of Wintershall Dea's assets in early
September, versus its previous forecast of early in the fourth
quarter of the year.
** Two bidding groups led by Blackstone and IFM Investors
lodged final offers to buy Australian data centre group AirTrunk
in a transaction worth about A$20 billion ($13.55 billion),
according to two sources with direct knowledge of the matter.
** Australian pension fund Aware Super said it has acquired
a minority stake in London-headquartered bandwidth
infrastructure company euNetworks.
** Media veteran Edgar Bronfman Jr on Monday withdrew from
the race for Paramount Global ( PARAA ), clearing the way for
Skydance Media to take control of Shari Redstone's media empire
and ending one of the most chaotic media bidding wars in recent
history.
** Warburg Pincus and Australian real estate group Lendlease ( LLESF )
said their joint venture has acquired property assets
in Singapore for S$1.6 billion ($1.2 billion).
** Shareholders of South Korea's SK Innovation,
parent of the country's largest oil refiner and battery maker SK
On, approved a merger with energy affiliate SK E&S, Yonhap
reported.
** Drug distributor McKesson said on Monday it would
buy a controlling stake in community cancer center Florida
Cancer Specialists & Research Institute's (FCS) business and
administrative services unit for $2.49 billion in cash.
