Aug 26 (Reuters) - The following bids, mergers,

acquisitions and disposals were reported by 0930 GMT on Monday:

** UCB, a Belgian biopharmaceutical firm, said it

would sell its Chinese neurology and allergy business to

Singapore-based asset management group CBC and Abu Dhabi

sovereign investor Mubadala for $680 million.

** Swiss drugmaker Novartis said it had received a

binding offer from Germany's Siemens Healthineers to

acquire its molecular imaging business for Fluorine-18 positron

emission tomography, or PET scans.
