Sept 5 (Reuters) - The following bids, mergers,

acquisitions and disposals were reported by 0930 GMT on

Thursday:

** TPG Telecom ( TPGTF ) has received a green light from

Australia's competition watchdog for a A$1.59 billion ($1.07

billion) infrastructure and network sharing deal with Optus as

TPG seeks to expand its reach.

** Blackstone will buy Australian data centre group

AirTrunk for an implied enterprise value of over A$24 billion

($16.10 billion), it said on Wednesday, in what would be

Blackstone's largest investment in the Asia Pacific region.
