Oct 30 (Reuters) - The following bids, mergers,

acquisitions, and disposals were reported by 0930 GMT on

Wednesday:

** Denmark's Orsted said it had agreed to sell a 12.45%

minority stake in four of its operational British offshore wind

farms to Brookfield in a transaction worth 1.75 billion pounds

($2.28 billion).

** Asset management giant BlackRock ( BLK ) has emerged as

the sole bidder in talks to acquire private credit firm HPS

Investment Partners, Bloomberg News reported on Tuesday, citing

people with knowledge of the discussions.

** EQT Corp ( EQT ) said on Tuesday it would sell its

remaining interest in its non-operated natural gas assets in

northeast Pennsylvania for $1.25 billion in cash to Equinor ( EQNR )
