Nov 1 (Reuters) - The following bids, mergers,

acquisitions and disposals were reported by 0930 GMT on Friday:

** Bain Capital is planning to launch a tender offer for

Japanese software firm Fuji Soft in early November

rather than late October as originally planned but still awaits

company approval, the private equity firm said.

** ExxonMobil's ( XOM ) Esso division has completed the sale

of the Fos-sur-Mer refinery - one of France's major refineries -

and two other oil terminals to Trafigura consortium firm Rhone

Energies, the companies said.

** Siemens has the financial muscle for further

software acquisitions after its $10.6 billion purchase of U.S.

industrial software company Altair, managing board

member Cedrik Neike said.

** Singapore-based Olam Group said that Saudi

Agricultural and Livestock Investment (SALIC) had made an offer

to buy its remaining stake in Olam Agri .
