Nov 5 (Reuters) - The following bids, mergers,

acquisitions and disposals were reported by 1030 GMT on Tuesday:

** The $19 billion merger between Vodafone ( VOD ) and

Hutchison's Three UK is likely to be given the

regulatory green light as Britain's need for investment

outweighs short-term competition concerns.

** Atos said it had signed an agreement to sell

its Worldgrid business unit to Alten for 270 million

euros ($293.7 million) on an enterprise value basis, in a

transaction expected to close before end-2024.
