Nov 13 (Reuters) - The following bids, mergers,

acquisitions and disposals were reported by 1030 GMT on

Wednesday:

** Japan's Seven & i Holdings ( SVNDF ) has received a buyout

proposal from a member of its founding Ito family, it said, a

potential $58 billion white-knight bid as it weighs a rival

offer from Canada's Alimentation Couche-Tard ( ANCTF ).

** Europe's biggest meal delivery firm Just Eat Takeaway

said it had struck a deal to sell its U.S. unit

Grubhub to Wonder for $650 million, sending its shares soaring

20% in early trading.

** Japan's Mizuho Financial Group ( MFG ) will take a 15%

stake in Rakuten Group ( RKUNF ) subsidiary Rakuten Card for 165

billion yen ($1.06 billion) in a further deepening of the two

companies' strategic alliance, they said.

** Satellite TV provider DirecTV said on Tuesday it will

abandon its planned acquisition of EchoStar's ( SATS ) satellite

television business that includes Dish TV by Nov. 22 if

bondholders don't agree to a debt exchange.
