Dec 12 (Reuters) - The following bids, mergers,
acquisitions and disposals were reported by 1030 GMT on
Thursday:
** The London Stock Exchange Group ( LDNXF ) has sold its
4.92% stake in Belgium-based financial services provider
Euroclear for 455 million euros ($479 million) as it sharpens
its focus on product innovation expected in 2025 by exiting
non-core assets.
** South Korea will support smaller airlines and monitor
market competitiveness after dominant carrier Korean Air
completed a $1.3 billion acquisition of Asiana
Airlines to create one of Asia's biggest carriers.
** Blackstone said that it will acquire a high-end
office building in central Tokyo for $2.6 billion, a deal it
says is the biggest real estate investment by a foreign investor
in Japan.
** Some of the biggest investors in ReNew Energy Global ( RNW )
have offered to take the company private, filings to the
U.S. Securities And Exchange Commission (SEC) show, in a deal
that values the clean power generator at $2.82 billion,
according to Reuters calculations.
** Albertsons ( ACI ) and Kroger ( KR ) terminated their $25
billion merger plan on Wednesday after courts blocked the deal,
with the former suing its rival and alleging a breach of
contract that led to the deal's demise.
