Dec 30 (Reuters) - The following bids, mergers,

acquisitions and disposals were reported by 1300 GMT on Monday:

** India's Adani group will exit the consumer goods joint

venture with Singapore's Wilmar International in a

deal valued at $2 billion as the Indian conglomerate focuses on

core infrastructure business.

** Italian regional utility A2A has finalised a deal

to buy larger peer Enel's distribution assets in the

northern Italian region of Lombardy, the two groups said.
