Jan 15 (Reuters) - The following bids, mergers,

acquisitions and disposals were reported by 1030 GMT on

Wednesday:

** Pfizer ( PFE ) will sell shares worth 2.50 billion pounds

($3.05 billion) in Haleon ( HLN ), lowering its stake in the

British consumer healthcare company to about 7.3% from 15%, its

bookrunner JPMorgan said.

** King Risk Partners has acquired Bruce Hendry Insurance,

expanding its presence in southwest Florida.

** France's Bureau Veritas and Switzerland's SGS

are in merger talks to create a testing and

certification giant worth more than $30 billion that would dwarf

competitors.

** GeoPark ( GPRK ) will not go ahead with its planned $530

million acquisition of Spain-based Repsol's oil and gas

production assets in Colombia, the company said on Tuesday.
