Jan 22 (Reuters) - The following bids, mergers,

acquisitions and disposals were reported by 1030 GMT on

Wednesday:

** Consumer firm Hindustan Unilever said it will

buy a majority stake in the 'Minimalist' skin care brand and

reported a marginal rise in third-quarter profit, lifted by

festive season demand and an ongoing recovery in rural markets.

** British energy group EnQuest ( ENQUF ) is to acquire

Harbour Energy's ( PMOIF ) business in Vietnam, it said, as the

North Sea-focused company moves to expand further outside its

home market in response to higher UK taxes.

** Saudi Arabian digital security firm Elm Company

said that it had agreed to acquire business services firm

Thiqah from the kingdom's Public Investment Fund (PIF) in a deal

valued at 3.4 billion riyals ($906 million).

** US retail broker Highstreet Insurance Partners has

acquired Winder Insurance Center, a Winder, Georgia-based firm

specialising in business and personal insurance solutions.
