Jan 23 (Reuters) - The following bids, mergers,

acquisitions and disposals were reported by 1030 GMT on

Thursday:

** Michigan's Highstreet Insurance Partners has acquired

Missouri-based Siebert Agency and its sister companies Russ

Siebert Insurance and Mary Siebert Insurance Agency

(collectively Siebert Insurance), seeking to expand its reach in

the central region.

** Cadence Bank ( CADE ) said on Wednesday that it will

acquire FCB Financial in a $103.6 million deal.

** Insignia Financial ( IOOFF ) said it has received an

improved offer from U.S.-based Bain Capital to acquire the money

manager for A$3.07 billion ($1.92 billion), matching rival CC

Capital Partners' offer as bidding war escalates.

** UK-based cybersecurity firm Quorum Cyber has acquired San

Francisco-based Kivu Consulting, a global cybersecurity company

specialising in incident response.
