Jan 30 (Reuters) - The following bids, mergers,

acquisitions and disposals were reported by 1030 GMT on

Thursday:

** Coors Light beer maker Molson Coors ( TAP/A ) will take an

8.5% stake in tonic maker Fevertree Drinks ( FQVTF ) for 71

million pounds ($88.3 million), the British company said.

** Fiber network owner Zayo Group is in the lead to buy the

Crown Castle's ( CCI ) assets in a deal that could be valued at

over $8 billion, a source familiar with the matter told Reuters.
