Feb 5 (Reuters) - The following bids, mergers,

acquisitions and disposals were reported by 1030 GMT on

Wednesday:

** Private equity-backed broker King Risk Partners has

acquired Dayton, Ohio-based Barker, Beck, Collins & Kronauge

Agency (BBC&K), further extending its presence in the Midwest.

** Total Specific Solutions (TSS) has signed a deal to buy a

further 14.84% stake in Polish software firm Asseco Poland

, which would make it its biggest shareholder, the

latter said late on Tuesday.

** Australia's Insignia Financial ( IOOFF ) said it has

received a takeover offer from Brookfield Capital of A$3.07

billion ($1.92 billion), matching the latest offers from Bain

Capital and CC Capital Partners for the wealth manager.
