Feb 20 (Reuters) - The following bids, mergers,

acquisitions and disposals were reported by 1030 GMT on

Thursday:

** Hong Kong-listed Autohome ( ATHM ) said its controlling

shareholder Yun Chen Capital Cayman has agreed to sell its

41.91% stake in the company to a unit of Haier Group Corp for

$1.8 billion.

** U.S. online real estate firm CoStar ( CSGP ) is preparing a

A$2.7 billion ($1.72 billion) bid for Australian property

classifieds firm Domain Holdings, said a person with

direct knowledge of the matter.

** Japan's Fuji Soft said that KKR now owns

nearly 58% of the company after the second stage of a tender

offer, ending a fierce battle with rival Bain Capital to take

the software developer private.

** Saudi Arabia's Aramco has signed an agreement to

acquire a 25% equity stake in Unioil Petroleum Philippines, the

company said in a statement late on Wednesday.
