Feb 28 (Reuters) - The following bids, mergers,

acquisitions and disposals were reported by 1030 GMT on Friday:

** Credit Agricole has acquired a 5.2% direct stake in

Banco BPM through Deutsche Bank, two sources with

knowledge of a regulatory filing told Reuters.

** Brazilian software company Totvs said on Thursday

it has decided to withdraw from the competitive process to buy

StoneCo's ( STNE ) unit Linx, according to a securities filing.
