March 6 (Reuters) - The following bids, mergers,

acquisitions and disposals were reported by 1030 GMT on

Thursday:

** Norway's government said it will sell its 15% stake in

Eksportfinans to Norwegian bank DNB.

** Semiconductor solutions provider Allegro MicroSystems ( ALGM )

rebuffed a $6.9 billion takeover approach from Onsemi

, saying the offer was "inadequate" as it refused yet

another approach from the larger rival.
