March 11 (Reuters) - The following bids, mergers,

acquisitions and disposals were reported by 0930 GMT on Tuesday:

** Franco-Dutch airlines group Air France-KLM has

offered 300 million euros ($326.82 million) for a 51% stake in

Spanish airline Air Europa, news website El Confidencial said on

Tuesday, citing unnamed sources close to the negotiations.

** U.S.-based fund Starwood Capital is close to reach an

agreement to buy a 79% stake in Spanish residential real estate

developer Aedas Homes, newspaper Cinco Dias reported

on Tuesday, citing unidentified sources.

** Gold miner Solidcore said it has entered into a

binding agreement to acquire a 100% interest in the Tokhtar gold

property in northern Kazakhstan.
