March 13 (Reuters) - The following bids, mergers,

acquisitions and disposals were reported by 0930 GMT on

Thursday:

** The pan-European exchange group Euronext agreed to

acquire Admincontrol from Norwegian IT consulting firm Visma for

4.65 billion Norwegian crowns ($436.03 million), the company

said.

** Spanish telecom company Telefonica agreed to sell

its stake in its Colombian unit to Millicom for $400

million, as part of a strategy to gradually reduce its exposure

to Latin America, it said on Wednesday.
