March 25 (Reuters) - The following bids, mergers,

acquisitions and disposals were reported by 0930 GMT on Tuesday:

** Ithaca Energy said it would acquire Japan Petroleum

Exploration's ( JPTXF ) UK unit for $193 million, as it

seeks to become one of the biggest independent North Sea energy

companies.

** British power company Drax Group ( DRXGF ) said it reached an

agreement over terms of a possible acquisition of Harmony Energy

Income Trust for 88 pence per share or about 199.9

million pounds ($258.27 million).

** Cintas ( CTAS ) said on Monday it had terminated discussions

to acquire all of UniFirst ( UNF ) in a deal that valued the

uniform supplier at $5.3 billion, sending UniFirst ( UNF ) shares down

about 7% in extended trading.
