March 26 (Reuters) - The following bids, mergers,

acquisitions and disposals were reported by 0930 GMT on

Wednesday:

** Siemens Energy will sell 90% of its wind turbine

business in India and Sri Lanka to an investor group led by the

climate investment arm of buyout group TPG, it said on

Wednesday, in a push to focus on what it sees as core markets.

** DBS Group, Southeast Asia's top bank by assets, is

the frontrunner to buy a controlling stake in Indonesia's Panin

Bank, three people with knowledge of the matter said.
