May 9 (Reuters) - The following bids, mergers,

acquisitions and disposals were reported by 0930 GMT on Friday:

** British property company LondonMetric is to buy

Urban Logistics in a 698.9 million pound ($924.99

million) cash and stock deal, creating one of the country's

largest property investment groups by market capitalisation.

** U.S. investment firm Bain Capital is seeking to sell the

China business of data centre operator WinTriX DC Group, in a

deal that could value the business at over $4 billion, two

people with knowledge of the situation said.

** U.S. real estate firm CoStar ( CSGP ) will acquire Domain

for A$3 billion ($1.92 billion) including debt, the

Australian property listings platform said, in a bid to create a

well-capitalised rival to News Corp's REA.
