May 21 (Reuters) - The following bids, mergers,

acquisitions and disposals were reported by 0930 GMT on

Wednesday:

** Russia's largest oil producer Rosneft acquired

Tomtor, the country's largest rare earth metal deposit, a

companies registry showed, after President Vladimir Putin last

year urged that the development of the field be speeded up.
