June 6 (Reuters) - The following bids, mergers,

acquisitions and disposals were reported by 0945 GMT on Friday:

** Miniso Group ( MNSO ) said it was making a preliminary

assessment on a potential spin-off listing of its pop toy

business operating under the brand, "TOP TOY".

** Brazilian rail operator Rumo ( RUMOF ) said it has decided

to terminate a 2024 agreement to sell part of a terminal at

Latin America's largest port to U.S. commodities trader Bunge

and a subsidiary of Japan's Zen-Noh Group.

** Brazil's Brava Energia signed a $65 million deal

to sell a 50% stake in midstream natural gas infrastructure

assets in the state of Rio Grande do Norte to PetroReconcavo

, the companies said in separate filings.

** Vietnam Airlines said it has formed a joint venture with

China Southern Airlines, the first such aviation partnership

between the two countries.

** Newly launched sovereign wealth fund Danantara Indonesia is

in early talks with GoTo >to get a piece of U.S.-listed rival

Grab's potential buyout of the ride-hailing and food

delivery firm, Bloomberg News reported.
