June 10 (Reuters) - The following bids, mergers,

acquisitions and disposals were reported by 0930 GMT on Tuesday:

** Kering Eyewear has agreed to buy sunglass lens

maker Lenti, from Italy's Safilo, the two companies

said.

** Spanish engineering firm Sacyr has agreed to sell

its stake in three toll roads in different regions of Colombia

for $1.6 billion, the company said, as it raises cash to expand

in the United States.

** Walt Disney ( DIS ) said on Monday it has completed its

purchase of Hulu, agreeing to pay NBCUniversal an additional

$438.7 million for its stake in the streaming service.
