June 30 (Reuters) - The following bids, mergers,

acquisitions and disposals were reported by 0930 GMT on Monday:

** Liberty Company Insurance Brokers has expanded its

national footprint through a partnership with Connecticut-based

Berliner-Gelfand & Co, and separately has added Will Bradshaw as

a producer in Florida.

** India's Torrent Pharmaceuticals said on Sunday it

will acquire a 46.39% controlling stake in smaller peer JB

Chemicals and Pharmaceuticals from New York-based

investment firm KKR, and plans to merge the two

drugmakers.

** China's biggest gold and copper producer Zijin Mining

said it had agreed to buy one of the largest gold

mines of Kazakhstan, the Raygorodok Gold Mine, for $1.2

billion.
