August 11 (Reuters) - The following bids, mergers,

acquisitions and disposals were reported by 0930 GMT on Monday:

** Gemfields Group, said it had sold Fabergé

Ltd, the maker of the jewelled Fabergé eggs, to SMG Capital for

$50 million, as the coloured gemstones miner ramps up efforts to

streamline its business.

** U.S. video platform and cloud services provider Rumble

is considering an offer of about $1.17 billion (1

billion euros) for German AI cloud group Northern Data ( NDTAF ),

according to statements from both companies.

** Money transfer company Western Union ( WU ) said on Sunday it

will acquire Intermex, a U.S. firm that focuses on

payment transfers to Latin America and the Caribbean, for about

$500 million in cash.

** Singapore's Keppel is selling its 83.9% stake in

subsidiary M1 Ltd to Simba Telecom while retaining the

non-telecoms operations of its unit in a deal that will give the

asset manager net cash of S$1 billion ($778.15 million).

** AC Health, the healthcare arm of the Philippines' oldest

conglomerate Ayala Corp, said that a private equity firm

backed by Singapore's state-investor Temasek will acquire a 16%

minority stake in the company.
