Aug 20 (Reuters) - The following bids, mergers,

acquisitions and disposals were reported by 0930 GMT on

Wednesday:

** India's Aurobindo Pharma is leading the race to buy

Prague-based drugmaker Zentiva for up to $5.5

billion, the Economic Times reported, in what could be the

largest-ever acquisition by an Indian pharmaceutical firm.

** Shanghai Bright Power Semiconductor has agreed to

buy a 100% stake in a Chinese wireless charging chip maker for

3.28 billion yuan ($457 million) to further expand its products

portfolio and enhance competitiveness, it said in a Shanghai

stock exchange filing late on Tuesday.

** Turkish Airlines said on Tuesday that its offer

for the acquisition of a minority stake in Spanish airline Air

Europa has been accepted.
