October 9 (Reuters) - The following bids, mergers,

acquisitions and disposals were reported by 0930 GMT on

Thursday:

** Lloyds Banking Group ( LYG ) said it would buy out

Schroders' ( SHNWF ) 49.9% stake in the wealth joint venture

formed by the two firms in 2019.

** SoftBank's payments app operator PayPay Corp has

acquired a 40% equity stake in Binance Japan, the Japanese

subsidiary of Binance said, without disclosing details of the

transaction.

** Saudi Aramco said it had completed the acquisition

of a 22.5% stake in its refining and petrochemicals joint

venture Petro Rabigh from Japan's Sumitomo Chemical ( SOMMF )

for 2.63 billion riyals ($701.8 million), part of a

turnaround plan for the loss-making venture.

** Brown & Brown (Europe) has acquired the entire share capital

of UK digital insurance broker All Medical Professionals Limited

(AMP).
