Nov 21 (Reuters) - The following bids, mergers,
acquisitions and disposals were reported by 1030 GMT on Friday:
** French water management, waste management and energy services
group Veolia said it had agreed to buy U.S.-based
hazardous waste company Clean Earth from Enviri ( NVRI ) for $3
billion.
** Plantro, controlled by former Dye & Durham CEO Matt
Proud, has proposed to buy the legal software company for about
C$384 million ($272.59 million), Bloomberg News reported, citing
people familiar.
** GE HealthCare ( GEHC ) said on Thursday it will acquire
medical imaging software provider Intelerad for $2.3 billion in
cash as the medical device maker seeks to expand into outpatient
care markets.
** California Pizza Kitchen has signed a deal to be acquired
by an investor group led by Consortium Brand Partners and
including Todd Boehly's investment firm Eldridge Industries, for
under $300 million, according to sources familiar with the
matter.
