09:18 AM EDT, 06/11/2024 (MT Newswires) -- Deciphera Pharmaceuticals ( DCPH ) has been acquired by Ono Pharmaceutical for approximately $2.4 billion, or $25.60 per share, through a merger with the latter's subsidiary Topaz Merger Sub, Ono said Tuesday.

The acquisition closed following the completion of Ono's tender offer, with Deciphera being the surviving entity.

In connection with the acquisition, Deciphera's shares will be delisted from Nasdaq.
