Decisive Declares March Dividend and Renews Normal Course Issuer Bid

08:36 AM EST, 02/14/2025 (MT Newswires) -- Decisive Dividend ( DEDVF ) on Friday declared a dividend of $0.045 per common share for the month of March, payable on March 14 to shareholders of record at the close of business on Feb. 28.

This dividend is unchanged from the prior month.

The company also said the TSX Venture Exchange (TSXV) accepted the renewal of its normal course issuer bid (NCIB).

Decisive may buy up to 985,552 common shares, 5% of the 19.7 million issued and outstanding common shares, under the renewed NCIB. Purchases of common shares may be made for a year commencing on Feb. 17.

Under its previous NCIB, Decisive bought and cancelled 19,200 common shares at a weighted average price of $6.60 apiece.

Shares of the company closed up $0.04, or 0.7%, to $6.23 on Thursday on the TSXV.
