Defence Offset Policy objectives unachieved a decade after adoption, says CAG report

The Comptroller and Auditor General (CAG) in a report says that the objectives of the Defence Offset Policy are largely unachieved even a decade after adoption. The CAG has also pulled up French aerospace major Dassault Aviation and European missile maker MBDA saying they are yet to fulfill their offset obligations of offering high technology to India.
