WILMINGTON, Delaware, Nov 5 (Reuters) - A Delaware judge

said on Wednesday she would reject a request by Pfizer ( PFE )

to temporarily block Metsera ( MTSR ) from terminating its

takeover deal with Pfizer ( PFE ), allowing Metsera ( MTSR ) to proceed instead

with a higher $10 billion deal from Novo Nordisk.
