11:46 AM EDT, 07/09/2024 (MT Newswires) -- Delcath Systems ( DCTH ) said Tuesday it has regained compliance with the Nasdaq Stock Market's audit committee composition requirements for continued listing.

The company was in noncompliance because its board's audit committee was not comprised of at least three independent directors, according to a filing with the US Securities and Exchange Commission.

Delcath ( DCTH ) said it regained compliance with the requirement after appointing Bridget Martell as a member of its board's audit committee July 2.
