04:23 PM EDT, 08/14/2026 (MT Newswires) -- Delek Logistics Partners LP ( DKL ) said Friday it has completed its public offering of 4.6 million common units at a price of $50.00 per unit, raising $220.8 million in gross proceeds.

The company plans to use the proceeds to repay its outstanding borrowings under its revolving credit agreement and for general partnership purposes.

After the offering, Delek Holdings' ownership of the company declined to around 58% from 63%.
