Delek Logistics Partners Planning $200 Million Offering of Additional 8.625% Notes Due 2029

10:00 AM EDT, 04/12/2024 (MT Newswires) -- Delek Logistics Partners ( DKL ) said Friday that together with unit Delek Logistics Finance it plans to offer $200 million of 8.625% notes due 2029 in a private placement, subject to market conditions.

The notes will be issued under the same indenture as the $650 million of 8.625% notes due 2029, which were issued in March, the company said.

Net proceeds will be used to repay part of borrowings under a revolving credit facility, Delek said.
