Delixy Prices IPO at $4 Per Share
Jul 9, 2025 12:51 AM

03:34 AM EDT, 07/09/2025 (MT Newswires) -- Delixy Holdings (DLXY) said late Tuesday it priced its initial public offering of 2 million ordinary shares at $4 per share.

The offering consists of about 1.4 million shares from the company and 650,000 shares from selling shareholders, Mega Origin and Novel Majestic.

The Singapore-based oil trader expects to receive approximately $5.4 million in gross proceeds, which it plans to use to expand its product offerings, strengthen its market position, pursue potential acquisitions and partnerships, and support general working capital and corporate needs.

Closing of the offering is expected to occur on or about July 10, subject to customary closing conditions.

The company also said it is filing a prospectus for the resale of 3 million shares held by Cosmic Magnet, Rosywood Holdings, Dragon Circle, Novel Majestic Limited and Golden Legend Ventures.

Shares are expected to debut on the Nasdaq Capital Market on July 9 under the ticker "DLXY."
