03:46 AM EDT, 03/17/2026 (MT Newswires) -- Dell Technologies ( DELL ) reduced its workforce by roughly 10%, or about 11,000 employees, over the past year, according to its annual report.

The company said late Monday it had about 97,000 employees as of Jan. 31, down from about 108,000 a year earlier.

Dell said it paid $569 million in severance costs for the period, compared with $693 million in the prior year.
