05:48 PM EDT, 03/25/2024 (MT Newswires) -- Dell Technologies ( DELL ) said Monday it reduced overall headcount throughout its fiscal 2024 in a bid to cut costs.

The cost-cutting measures included limiting external hiring and employee reorganizations, the company said in a filing with the US Securities and Exchange Commission.

Dell had roughly 120,000 employees as of Feb. 2, according to the filing.
