Dell Technologies Names David Kennedy as Interim CFO

04:44 PM EDT, 09/08/2025 (MT Newswires) -- Dell Technologies ( DELL ) said late Monday it named David Kennedy as interim chief financial officer after Yvonne McGill decided to step down, effective September 9.

McGill will continue to serve in an advisory role through fiscal Q3 to facilitate a smooth transition. The company initiated the search for a permanent successor, according to a statement.

Kennedy was most recently the senior vice president of Dell's global business operations, finance, the company said.

Also, Dell said it reaffirmed its fiscal Q3 and full-year guidance.
