Sep 29, 2025 4:54 AM

07:17 AM EDT, 09/29/2025 (MT Newswires) -- Delta Air Lines ( DAL ) and Air France have decided to find a new ground handling partner at Amsterdam Schiphol Airport for their below-the-wing operations, including baggage loading and unloading, replacing KLM, the Dutch carrier said Monday.

KLM said the move will have immediate operational implications, especially for its ground services division, with financial and employment-related consequences still being assessed.

The decision comes after weeks of strikes by KLM ground crew, Reuters reported Monday.
