Delta Air Lines Sees Weaker Unit Revenue in Q2 Amid Travel Credits Normalization
Apr 10, 2024 9:01 AM

11:37 AM EDT, 04/10/2024 (MT Newswires) -- Delta Air Lines ( DAL ) said Wednesday it estimates a weaker total revenue per available seat mile, or unit revenue, in Q2 as the company continues to face a headwind from travel credits normalization.

The airline estimates a flat to 2% decline in unit revenue for the June quarter compared with last year's performance, Delta President Glen Hauenstein said on a conference call with analysts, according to a Capital IQ transcript.

Delta, however, remains positive on corporate travel, with 90% of companies in its recent survey planning to maintain or increase their travel volumes in Q2, Hauenstein said.
