04:55 PM EDT, 07/31/2026 (MT Newswires) -- Deluxe (DLX) closed its acquisition of Celero Commerce, a payment-processing company.

The deal adds more than 55,000 merchant relationships and 130 bank partners to Deluxe's platform and is expected to generate at least $15 million in cost savings.

The transaction is expected to be accretive to earnings in the first full year after closing, Deluxe said Friday in a statement.

The $625 million acquisition was announced on June 18.
