Deluxe, TowneBank Partner to Expand Merchant Services

12:03 PM EDT, 04/29/2025 (MT Newswires) -- Deluxe (DLX) is partnering with TowneBank ( TOWN ) to provide the bank's business customers with secure and scalable merchant services, the payments and data management company said on Tuesday.

Financial terms of the new strategic partnership were not disclosed, but the companies said they expect to offer merchants a range of services, including fraud protection, contactless payment capabilities, and real-time transaction management.

Deluxe shares were down 0.6%, while TowneBank ( TOWN ) slipped 0.3% in recent trading.
