Denali Capital Acquisition Extends Deadline to Complete Initial Business Combination

04:52 AM EST, 11/12/2024 (MT Newswires) -- Denali Capital Acquisition ( DECA ) said Monday it has deposited about $15,064 into the company's trust account to fund a one-month extension of its initial business combination to Dec. 11 from Nov. 11.

The deposit was funded through a convertible promissory note of up to $180,000 issued to Scilex Holding Company ( SCLX ) , the company said.
