09:50 AM EDT, 09/04/2025 (MT Newswires) -- Scilex ( SCLX ) said Thursday that Denali Capital Acquisition shareholders have approved a merger with its majority-owned subsidiary Semnur Pharmaceuticals.

Upon completion of the merger, expected in September, the combined company will operate as Semnur Pharmaceuticals, Scilex ( SCLX ) said.

Scilex ( SCLX ) shares were up 2.3% in recent early trading.
