Denison Mines Completes $345 Million Convertible Notes Offering

04:35 PM EDT, 08/15/2025 (MT Newswires) -- Denison Mines ( DNN ) said late Friday it has raised $345 million from its offering of 4.25% convertible senior unsecured notes due 2031, including the full exercise of an over-allotment option.

Denison said it plans to use the net proceeds for the evaluation and development of its uranium projects, including the Wheeler River Uranium Project and general corporate purposes.
